Styal Lodge is a beautiful, unique, bespoke wedding venue, set in the village of Styal, in Cheshire. It’s a lovely place to get married with gorgeous natural light and wonderful grounds. There is even a lake area where couples can have amazing photographs taken.
I love playing there and Styal Lodge offers fantastic acoustics for a wedding pianist.

The sun came out for Kate and Jamie’s wedding at Styal Lodge and they had a fabulous day.

I loved playing a mash up of Canon in D with the Avengers theme for bridal entrance and lots of other special songs including Nuvole Bianche, From now on, and lots of film themes. Also they asked for some Foo Fighters and other Rock covers.

This is such a lovely venue and Laura and the Styal Lodge team really gave this couple a day to remember. I have really enjoyed getting to know Kate and Jamie, and it was nice to have a wedding visit from their lovely doggies
I was pleased to work with friends at Kate and Jamie’s wedding, including https://lsbp.co.uk/ Lee Brown Photography, and James Tracey Films https://jamestraceyfilms.co.uk/
Kate and Jamie were kind enough to write me a lovely review.
Review for Liz Hendry, Styal Lodge Pianist
Liz played at our wedding and I must say she made it even more special. We loved that we could give her some songs that we both loved and to hear them be played was magical plus she even played The Avengers Theme Song for me to walk down the aisle to which is one of my husbands favourite films! All our guests commented how beautiful it was to have Liz playing in the background of our big day. Liz made us feel at ease choosing music and is such a genuine, lovely lady. I’d highly recommend her to everyone!
Thanks so much to Jamie and Kate Burgess!

A lovely wedding at Styal Lodge
“Liz was absolutely fantastic at our wedding, she helped us out with our music choices, she accommodated anything we asked for, even going so far as to play the exact versions of pieces we wanted. For our drinks reception she supplemented the pieces we’d chosen with her own choices from her vast repertoire, all of which sounded wonderful and created exactly the atmosphere we wanted. So many of our guests commented on her playing and I will never forget walking down the aisle with beautiful music.”
