Wedding Pianist Liz Hendry graduated from The University of Wales, Bangor with a BA(Hons) music degree in 1999 and has over 20 years experience as a performer.
Her experience is both vast and diverse. During her formative years she could be found frequently accompanying artists on the legendary northern club scene. She has performed in musical theatre, bands and as a soloist. She also has years of experience as a church organist.
She is now very proud to be the recommended pianist at several of the North West’s most beautiful venues, including Ashfield House, Knowsley Hall, Bartle Hall and Mottram Hall.

Liz specialises in arranging more unusual music, in her own style, making it sound suitable for a wedding ceremony. Even if you think it is not a piano song, she is often able to make a beautiful piano arrangement.
Of course, she has many traditional pieces such as Pachelbel’s Canon in D or The Wedding March. Plus popular favourites like Christina Perri’s ‘A Thousand Years’ or ‘How Long Will I love You’ by Ellie Goulding.
Liz will engage in a pre-wedding consultation by phone, facetime or email. She appears at several venue open evenings each month where she can play and discuss examples with you. This makes sure the music for your most precious moment is exactly as you had imagined. She will even provide you with a sound bite of her playing that piece to put your mind at ease.
