I hope the above list provided some great wedding music ideas. Below, are some guidelines on how to plan your wedding ceremony music. In my experience you need 1 song for bridal entry, 2-3 songs for signing and 1 for leaving together for your grand exit.
Songs for walking down the aisle
- Pachelbel’s Canon (Very popular and great as I can make fit to any timescale)
- Bridal Chorus (here comes the bride!) I also have a really nice gentle, modern piano version of this by Jonathan Cain.

How Long Will I Love You – Ellie Goulding (Also nice during signing) - A Thousand Years from Twilight – Christina Perri
- River Flows In You – Yiruma
- She’s the One – Robbie Williams

For signing the register, any love songs work nicely, but also I can adapt most songs to be played in a more gentle way to suit the occasion.

These are all interchangeable other than the more traditional bridal chorus and wedding march. I would suggest that it is quite nice to have a more upbeat piece of music at the end if you want to slot one in somewhere. This is the chance to have something a bit more unusual if you have a special song. Of course sticking to the more gentle music is also nice. Ultimately, it is your big day and I want to make it perfect for you.
